PATRIK BERGER wrote, mixed and produced two songs of the new CHARLI XCX album. The song „In The Dark“ is planned to be released as a single.

O.L.A.F. Opal

Olaf Opal was honored with an ECHO nomination for his LP productions with the artists Juli, Madsen, Christina Stuermer & Fotos in the category "Producer of the Year"! Congratulations! Winner in this category are the producers of Unheilig. Olaf Opal has already been nominated in 2005 & 2007.

Currently the debut album of the german newcomer LEON TAYLOR is in production. The single "Es werden Tage aus Gold" is available since 20.06.11. Both, single as well as the album, which is going to be released in 2012, were produced by JOCHEN SCHMALBACH.

Olsen Involtini, Roland Spremberg

After three succesful albums the german artist ROGER CICERO (Warner) finished his new one "In diesem Moment". Besides producing three tracks ROLAND SPREMBERG also did the co-writing of those. OLSEN INVOLTINI mixed most of the songs of the album, which will be released this autumn.

Since a few months ROLAND SPREMBERG is working on the first album of the german artist MAX BUSKOHL (Universal). International writing-sessions and two recording-sessions in hamburg and cologne already took place. The album will be released in 2012.

Jochen Naaf

On October 28th the fifth studioalbum "Das Ende der Beschwerde" by the german artist PETER LICHT (Motor Music) will be released. The first single "Neue Idee" is available since August 26th. Besides playing different instruments himself JOCHEN NAAF produced and mixed both, single and album.

The album "Make Love Work" by AULETTA (EMI) is produced and partly mixed by MARKUS SCHLICHTHERLE. Co-writings of 8 songs from our songwriting-duo NICE together with the band!

On August 26  the new KLEE album "Aus lauter Liebe" (Universal) will be released. Produced, mixed and recorded by OLAF OPAL und JOCHEN NAAF, mostly at the studio Kanal 24 in Bochum.

The new album "XOXO" by the german exceptional artist CASPER managed to go straight on #1! OLSEN INVOLTINI mixed 5 albumtracks, amongst others the single "Der Druck steigt".

The american-swedish band CAROLINA LIAR (Atlantic) is going to release their new album called "Wild Blessed Freedom" in September. MICHAEL ILBERT produced the songs "Miss America" and "King of Broken Hearts" and furthermore recorded and mixed also 5 albumtracks. All further tracks were mixed by Serban Ghenea.

Pleasant 50% of the Top 10 of German-speaking singles in 1st half-year 2011 are productions of Golden Gate producers. Position 1 is JUPITER JONES's "Still", produced by WOLFGANG STACH, mixed by MICHAEL ILBERT. Followed by "Halt Dich an mir fest" from REVOLVERHELD FEAT: MARTA JANDOVÁ on position 2, produced and mixed by MORITZ ENDERS. "Wovon sollen wir träumen" by FRIDA GOLD follows up on position 7, also mixed by MORITZ ENDERS. On position 9 is newcomer-act ANDREAS BOURANI and his first single "Nur in meinem Kopf", produced by JEM and Andreas Herbig, mixed by JEM. Finally on position 10 HERBERT GRÖNEMEYERs "Schiffsverkehr", recorded by MICHAEL ILBERT who also made a mix-version of the single on the EP. Congratulations!

Among the 16 competitors of this year's Bundesvision Song Contest are 7 productions with an involvement of Golden Gate producers! JEM produced in cooperation with Andreas Herbig the current ANDREAS BOURANI LP and mixed it completely and was furthermore a part of JENNIFER ROSTOCK productions. MORITZ ENDERS mixed for BOSSE feat. ANNA LOOS, KRAFTKLUB, THEES UHLMANN and FRIDA GOLD whose album was mainly produced by CARSTEN HELLER. OLAF OPAL produced all JULI productions since their beginning, WOLFGANG STACH produced JUPITER JONES, JOCHEN NAAF produced BOSSE. MICHAEL ILBERT mixed for both productions. We are very excited to see, who is going to win!

On 12th of August the new AULETTA (EMI) album "Make Love Work" will be released. It was produced and fractional mixed by MARKUS SCHLICHTHERLE in the Kanal 24 Studio which he runs together with OLAF OPAL. SCHLICHTHERLE's songwriter team NICE wrote 8 tracks in cooperation with the band including the former single "Sommerdiebe". MICHAEL ILBERT mixed all further singles as well as the current single "Make Love Work".

ANDREAS BOURANI (Universal) has every reason to celebrate! His debut album "Staub und Fantasie" made a great chart-entry on #23 of German LP-Charts! Produced by JEM and Andreas Herbig.

JOCHEN NAAF’s & David Jost’s remix of LADY GAGA’s hitsingle „Born this way“ (Interscope) has been released as bonustrack on the same-named LP in 14 European countries as well as in Australia, Brasil, Korea, Japan and New Zealand and directly hit several peak positions!

The currently album "Schlicht & Ergreifend" of the Berlin band HAUDEGEN (Warner) was released at the 27th of May and hit the German album charts on #9! The album is mixed by JEM.
