Paul Jacobi - "Einzimmerwohnung"


23 m², right at the top, on the 5th floor of this house in Mannheim's Hafenstraße - an area, beautiful and fucked up at the same time. From the window you have the best view of the blue neon lights of the Aral petrol station. PAUL JACOBI's (Ferryhouse) debut single "Einzimmerwohnung" provides an unembellished insight into this small universe. Behaviourally, between remorse and reflection, he tells of arriving in this space that is actually not his at all and yet is taken over more and more by him and his emotions - until at some point there is no space left at all. True story and real emotions.

Our dear PAUL JACOBI has provided great new lyrics with his songwriting skills in the pop and hit scene in the last months. In May as well as in August he took over the co-write for the new releases "Ohne Worte" and "Die Idee" by BRUNKE (Sony Music).  On 15.09. the new album "PHOENIX" by TWENTY4TIM (Universal Music) was released. On the song "Juckt nicht", which is included in the album, PAUL was also part of the writers. Last week there was a new hit song by TIM PETERS (Sony Music) and MARIE REIM (Sony Music). "Jemand träumt von dir" is the name of this one. Co-Write: PAUL!
