Tayfun Guttstadts Album is out!

TAYFUN GUTTSTADT's (Guttstadt Music) album is finally here and is called "Tarâpzâde". His album is a look into a cultural conglomeration that would generally pass for Middle Eastern. But Tayfun Guttstadt does not take a one-dimensional view of a world shaped by cultural exchange. Three texts are his, the rest are stories handed down over several hundred years. He sings in Turkish, the poets are often Alevi, the instruments are sometimes Arabic and sometimes Persian, the imprint of his album is always multi-ethnic.

KIKO MASBAUM mixed some new songs in the last weeks. “Operation Matterhorn” by Simon Rabanser & Mac Maya (Dolomites Rec.) was released on 26.04.2024. Co-written by KIKO. The new single “Muslan” by Daniel Pupp feat. Mattia Kaltenhauser, which was released at the beginning of May, was mixed by KIKO. He also mixed SAMAJAI's (tartufo rec.) latest single “JUDAS”, which was released on May 17th. On the same day there was another release by WANDA (Polydor) with “Wachgeküsst”, here KIKO also did the mix. Philine Sonny (Nettwerk) & Miya Folick released their new single “SHAME” today. The first 2 months of the new year are over and KIKO was able to complete a few projects. On January 12th MICHAEL KAESHAMMER (Sony) released his new single "Little Bit Of Love" for which KIKO did the programming and production. At the end of January, PHILINE SONNY (Nettwerk) released her "Lovely" EP, on which KIKO mixed. KIKO also mixed her latest release, the "Invader" EP, which was released today. Besides mixes, KIKO also has a co-write on SIMON RABANSER's (Dolomites Records) & MAC MAYA's new single called "Gletscherblick". Feel free to listen!

New Mixes

KIKO has been busy mixing in the last 2 months. At the beginning of November, the new single "Take a While" by PHILINE SONNY (Nettwerk Music) was released, which was mixed by KIKO. He also mixed the new singles by JEANETTE BIEDERMANN (one two media) - "Sing!" and WANDA (Universal) - "Bei niemand anders (Live @ Your Song mit dem MDR-Sinfonieorchester)". Feel free to listen!
